1. Overview
This website is operated by Turn Me On Candles. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Turn Me On Candles. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Safety & Liability (The Important Stuff)
Turn Me On Candles provides high-quality products, but fire safety is in your hands.

The Responsibility: By purchasing, you acknowledge that candles are a fire hazard. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse or negligence.

Safety Guidelines: Always burn within sight, keep away from flammable objects, Keep away for objects that can catch fire, Avoid drafts and keep away from children/pets.

Wick Care: You agree to keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch to prevent soot and high flames.
- Max burn time: 3 hours at one time. Stop use when 1/2"-in of wax remains
3. Shipping & Melted Goods

Temperature Sensitivity: Because we use natural wax, candles can be sensitive to heat. We are not responsible for candles that melt during transit if left in hot mailboxes or on porches for extended periods.

Damages: If your glass arrives shattered, email us at customer@turnmeoncandles.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.

Unused Items: If you’d like to return an unlit, brand-new candle, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Accuracy of Billing
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
