Shipping Policy: Turn Me On Candles

At Turn Me On Candles, we want to get our glow to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within [2–5] business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during a new drop or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7] business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: [1–3] business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

3. The "Heat Wave" Clause (Summer Shipping)

Because our candles are made of [Soy/Coconut/Natural] wax, they have a lower melting point.

  • During summer months or when shipping to hot climates, we recommend choosing expedited shipping.

  • Turn Me On Candles is not responsible for candles that melt if they are left in a hot mailbox or on a porch for an extended period. Please track your package and bring your candles inside as soon as they arrive!

4. Damaged Items

We pack our candles with extra love (and bubble wrap) to ensure they arrive in one piece. However, if the post office was a little too rough:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • If the glass is shattered, email within 48 hours with photos of the damaged candle and the shipping box.

  • We will send out a replacement for broken items immediately.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your address! Turn Me On Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
